FAIR-Edu: Gender Bias in Academic Promotion Dataset

Pseudo anonymized dataset on the publications made by researchers and professors in the Italian Informatics Community (Computer Science + Computer Engineering). Each sample is characterized by the number of related year-by-year publications, citations, role promotions, and sex. The bibliometrics features were extrapolated via Scopus' API. This dataset was used to infer gender bias in Academic promotions in Italy.
