The UWB RADAR dataset consists of time series data acquired from UWB RADAR deployed in a smart office room located in ICAR-CNR, for monitoring human activity detection. Raw sensor data samples were collected continuously at a frequency of 10 Hz tracking the activity of 22 people in 4 different positions: walking in the room around a table located in the center of the room, standing still, sitting on the left side of the table with respect to the uwb radar view, and sitting on the right side of the table with respect to the uwb radar view. The dataset can be useful in the analysis of different tasks, including data-driven algorithms for analyzing and monitoring the activity patterns of the office room occupants. In particular, the research community might be interested in investigating information extraction and decision making applied to smart offices. Furthermore, by applying artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms on such data collected over long periods, it is possible to extract, e.g., patterns that reveal the user’s habits as well as detect changes in the habits in the office.
