Telegram data cryptoEN chats

This dataset contains English-language Telegram data focused on discussions related to conspiracy theories and involved in discussions around financial and cryptocurrency scams. Data was collected through a snowball sampling technique based on message forwarding, starting from chats sharing conspiracy-related content and using the official Telegram APIs to collect messages. By leveraging forwarded content and followed forwards to discover new chats and their messages, the dataset covers the period from January 1, 2024, to February 20, 2024, and includes data from 209 chats that posted over 1 million messages, involved in discussions around financial and cryptocurrency scams.
